My Approach
My goal is to help you find what works for you - what is doable and assists you to make the changes you desire.
Teaching yoga (for the last 14 years), I have learned that making the connection to ourselves through a yoga and meditation practice is healing, creates the ability to love one's self, and in turn, increases capacity for kindness and love toward others. I wholeheartedly believe a practice of yoga can improve everyone's life - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My approach is to offer suggestions to try and to introduce new techniques until together we find the practice that creates change and is compatible with your lifestyle.

Yoga Therapy addresses your unique physical, emotional and mental needs. Together, we discuss your goals and craft a specialized practice that helps you attain them. No yoga experience is necessary - Like all my programs, yoga therapy will meet you where you are.
